Jaysons Realty (Pvt) Ltd is the flagship real estate subsidiary of Jaysons Holdings a BOI registered, family owned development company with over 35 years of experience across property development and management.
The company is led by founder and Chairman Vasantha Jayasuriya, whose extensive exposure to architectural traditions in England and beyond has shaped a distinctive design philosophy one that draws on classical influences while remaining grounded in the practical needs of modern living.
Jaysons Realty works with a carefully selected network of international and local consultants to deliver developments to a consistent and considered standard.
