The decision to enter mineral trading was shaped by Mr. Vasantha Jayasuriya, founder and Group Managing Director of Jaysons Holdings, whose experience across real estate and hospitality informed a considered assessment of Sri Lanka's natural resource sector as a credible area for long term value creation.
